Our 5-Phase Transformation Blueprint

To minimize client downtime and maximize asset longevity, we approach reconfigurations through a highly systematic lifecycle:

• 1. Inventory & Design: We exhaustively catalog every structural connector, electrical feed, and workspace surface before mapping out the new design. To prevent 80″ high panels from feeling maze-like, we balance them with clusters of open-plan Expansion desks to blend “Focus Zones” with “Interaction Hubs.”

• 2. Layout Approvals: We secure client sign-off using clear architectural layouts and code every component for its future destination before a single tool touches a bolt.

• 3. Disassemble, Sort, & Move: Teknion systems rely on highly engineered, proprietary hardware. We systematically tear down, sort components by category, and bag hardware by station to eliminate transit damage and staging confusion.

• 4. Reinstallation & Leveling: With 80″ tall panels, a minor variation at floor level creates massive gaps at the top. We pinpoint the floor’s highest point and level outward, smoothly anchoring the Expansion desks into a perfectly rigid frame.

• 5. Asset Audit & Walkthrough: Post-install, we log any remaining inventory as valuable modular capital for future client growth. We conclude with a white-glove walkthrough—testing electrical lines, cleaning acoustic fabrics, and ensuring absolute satisfaction.
